We discovered Monica one morning while reading a beautiful article she wrote for the local newspaper.

Coincidentally , or not, we stopped by one of the condominiums in Snowmass that’s same day and the property manager gave us a list with the units for sale with Monica’s card attached to it. It turned out she also lived at the property and at that time I knew I had to get in touch with her. It was meant to be. She is extremely knowledgeable and very sweet., just a genuinely good person. She promptly put a list together based on our needs and scheduled some showings for the very next day. She helped us find the our dream condo and negotiated the best price and terms for our contract. She went above and beyond our expectations. She is extremely professional and a joyful person to work with. After months in the making and numerous calls we were able to close the deal and when we arrived at our new home she had planted fresh flowers in the patio and surprised us with a welcoming gift for the entire family, making sure our kids would enjoy it too!
